i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton inn. my room was nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. especially taylor at the front desk, who made me feel welcome. the hot tub was a great spot to relax after a long day.

the shower pan was aging and dirty, just like the breakfast options which were absolutely pitiful. i couldn’t believe my family reunion was held here while i couldn't even get a room upgrade for the inconvenience. truly disappointed and almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. 100% would not recommend this place.

Had a great stay with my two teenagers. The hotel’s outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the fun stuff around Albany. The breakfast area was spacious, allowing us to eat together comfortably, which made mornings much more enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options.

The staff was very friendly, especially the guy named Demont who went outta his way to help me get a room on the 1st floor. I walked into a clean room, nice and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep before heading back to my usual life of chaos.
